3. Refundable Tickets

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–21 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets

Discounted fares may be non-refundable. You may receive airline credit subject to airline policy.

Itinerary changes may incur airline change fees plus fare difference and agency service fees.

6. Agency Service Fees

Service fees charged at booking are generally non-refundable.

7. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

Contact us for rebooking or refund options if your airline cancels your flight.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of your ticket.

9. 24-Hour Cancellation (US Bookings)

US DOT rules may allow cancellation within 24 hours for bookings made 7+ days before departure.
